The Tiny Canvas Club was born out of a love for creative chaos and the magic of messy play. Founded with the belief that little ones thrive when they’re free to explore, touch, splash, and squish, we’ve grown into a vibrant community where creativity knows no limits.Since our first splatter of paint hit the canvas, we’ve been passionate about offering hands-on, sensory-rich experiences for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers. Our sessions are designed to spark imagination, build confidence, and most importantly, bring joy through mess!

In 2025, we proudly launched our first sessions in Laindon, and the response has been incredible. Parents and carers love the freedom our classes offer—and the fact they don’t have to clean up afterwards!We’re now excited to grow our colourful community and welcome more messy-minded creatives to join us. Whether it’s their first finger-paint or they’ve been making messes for a while, there’s always room on our canvas for more creative fun

With over 6 years of experience in childcare and management, Francesca founded The Tiny Canvas Club to create a space where children can explore, imagine, and grow through play. She believes creativity is at the heart of learning and loves giving children the freedom to express themselves and discover new ideas every day.

Jocie
Level 3 Early Years Practitioner

Jocie brings a wealth of experience from her years working in nurseries and as a mum. She has a passion for themed activities and loves planning engaging sessions inspired by the changing seasons, helping children connect with the world around them through play and discovery.

Ellie
Early Years Assistant

Ellie has extensive experience working in schools and has spent over two years supporting children in the SEN sector. She has a particular love for sensory-based activities, creating inclusive, hands-on experiences that encourage curiosity and exploration.

Every session is thoughtfully themed and packed with hands-on activities designed to spark curiosity and support early development through play.

Each class runs for 1 hour, giving your little one the time and space to move freely between activity stations at their own pace. From squishy textures and splashy paints to foamy fun and colourful crafts, every setup encourages open-ended exploration—no pressure to create a finished product, just the freedom to create.Our themes change weekly and are inspired by:
- Seasons and nature
- Educational topics (like shapes, colours, and numbers)
- Special holidays and celebrations
- Favourite characters and storybook adventures

We believe in the power of messy play to build confidence, boost fine motor skills, and nurture creativity. More importantly, we want children to feel safe being themselves—messy hands, painty toes and all.And the best part?
